9 Wk Control Freak! Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese is back! I’ve always been a huge fan of how she puts her heart and soul into every program. 9 Week Control Freak is no exception. She’s been developing this for close to a year, and has created a truly breakthrough program that leaves NOTHING to chance. If you want to lose weight, get in better shape, and finally get on top of your nutrition and rest, Autumn has brought together her most powerful tools. This one’s a game-changer, guys. 


How does this 9 week program work?

This first week is preparation. 

  • Create your workout space, get your weights ready, and set up your Control Track. 
  • You’ll pick an eating plan, start meal planning and prepping, and get your head into the game. And then it’s go time.

9 Week program

  • 3 phases, 3 weeks each
  • Real time program ladders up the intensity with every workout being new! This reduces the possibility of hitting a plateau. 
  • Off the wall option- 5 workouts per phase repeated for the 3 week duration
  • As part of the program, controlled stretches for the PM after the hard workout days. 
  • Constant info on nutrition, recipes and how to make good kitchen choices. 

The added perk of this group is not just fitness but we take it a step further for you. Something you won’t get anywhere else. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT on the mental level! Joining me as a large source of info and help is Dr. Monique St. Pierre. Together we will be offering live discussions, answering one on one questions related to physical therapy, injury prevention, and individualized programming.  We both are so happy to have you in our community during the crazy time of year! 


Along with a private facebook group and fitness tracking group to help keep your accountable... you will also have access to daily post from myself and monique that will include recipes for meals and snacks, motivation,  goal setting and access to two doctor of physical therapist for exercise modifications as needed
